With over 25 years of experience, the main objective of our research & development team is to offer our customers intelligent solutions in order to improve both comfort of safety of personal protective equipments.
This search for performance improvement lead us to patent some of our developments, which have been approved by wearers over the years.

It appears that the greatest requirement for firefighting, law enforcement (petrol bomb) and
petrochemical industries is not only protection against chemical liquids required on EN standards, but also all petrol derivatives
(unleaded petrol, diesel, and aviation fuels).
A new technology allows EUROPROTECT to supply technical fabrics with a high level of repellency to unleaded petrol. X.P.S. fabrics are also suitable for a range of clothing, including, jackets and overtrousers.
Contrary to common fluorocarbon finish, X.P.S. offers a run off > 85 % at new, and > 80% after 40 washings at 65°C & drying (tested by BTTG).

Available on all FR fiber.
X.P.S. prevents dust from getting into the fabric and this reduces the cleaning costs.
Xenios 
XENIOS
Xenios range fabrics is based on PBO fiber. This new generation of fiber gives an incomparable thermal resistance (the highest decomposition temperature in the market for available organic fibers). This fiber also offers, excellent resistance to acids, bases and solvents.
Thermal resistance
With a L.O.I of 68% (much higher than traditional fibers used in PPE), PBO fibers are particularly resistant to flame. Their combustion is impossible
in a normal atmosphere. Their degradation temperature is around 650°C. An extreme resistance which allows it to keep all the properties of these fibers at very high temperatures and offers a higher level of protection
to users, with a limited burn risk.
Mechanical resistance
With it's molecular structure, PBO fiber is resistant to high tensile strength PBO can be vulnerable to U.V and to humidity but we can observe, that even after a lengthy time exposure to normal day light (during 6 months), the resistance properties of PBO are still higher than traditional aramid properties.

TWIN SPACER® is a technology whose performance is already recognized by many users. It makes it possible to produce a lightweight fabric with two operating sides providing good thermal insulation through an air circulation system.
A firemans suit lining using TWIN SPACER in association with an appropriate outer fabric and breathable waterproofing
system provides :

Twin system 
TWIN SYSTEM
TWIN SYSTEM ® is a technology which enables the mechanical performances of any fabric to be increased considerably without affecting its look or weight.
If one compares two fabrics of identical weight and construction, one notices that the TWIN SYSTEM ® - reinforced product performs better in the following way.
•TENSILE STRENGTH : increased by 40%.
• TONGUE TEAR STRENGTH : improves three-fold (per standard specification ISO 4674-A2).
• APPARANCE AFTER WASHING :
no noticeable change in colour, no fibrilation.
• HEAT TRANSFER : increased protection thanks to very tightly woven construction.
• CHEMICAL REPELLENCY: meets
standard specification of EN 469, in
addition when treated X.P.S finish, the
fabric is proofed against oil, Products
and unleaded petrol e.g. X.P.S "technical news".
• UV EXPOSURE : without consequences for mechanical properties thanks to the reinforcing grid which is not exposed to the light.
Duracot 
DURACOT
Comfort
Duracot's cotton-rich composition contributes to a vastly improved handle, and therefore the comfort factor.
Durability
Thanks to the inclusion of high tenacity synthetic fiber, Duracots abrasion resistance is multiplied four-fold, namely 200,000 revolutions before the first yarn disintegrates,
against 50,000 revolutions for a 100% cotton fabric of the same weight and 85,000 revolutions for a cotton/polyester ( according to EN 530-9Kpa). The flame proof finish is guaranteed by Rhodia up to 50 home washes, but tests have demonstrated that even after 70 washes the fabric continues to meet the requirement of EN 533.
Care instruction
Duracot has been designed to be perfectly compatible with industrial laundering conditions, this fabric can be handled in the same way as a Proban treated fabric, in
accordance with Rhodias recommendations.
Protection
Duracot protects against the risks presented by extreme heat, flame, welding operations and electric arc.

IN 2 OUT is a new knitting and weaving technology which transfers moisture, regulates body temperatureand increases comfort.
